The Children’s Partnership members work together to support the health, well-being and learning potential of children during the first twelve years of life, in collaboration with families and community organizations. The partners table consists of one member from each of the following groups:
- Fraser Health Authority (Health Promotion and Prevention)
- Ministry of Children and Family Development
- School District 36 (Surrey)
- The City of Surrey
- Surrey Libraries
- United Way of the Lower Mainland
Additionally, the committee chairs from the Children First and Middle Childhood Matters Committees sit at this table.
The Children’s Partners Table meet quarterly to provide leadership, collaboration, and planning for early and middle childhood initiatives in Surrey-White Rock. This group is committed to research and planning, capacity building, coordination/project management, and resource development. These members jointly fund The Children’s Partnership of Surrey-White Rock through both direct and in-kind donations.
